About Small Miracles Adoption (SMA)
Originally incorporated by Edie and Joseph Pendleton in January of 2010, Small Miracles Adoption Inc. was founded to assist clients complete and file Step-Parent, Private-Direct and Adult Adoptions. As a prerequisite to licensing as a full provincial adoption agency, in 2014 the company re-incorporated as a not-for-profit. On December 1, 2014, Small Miracles Adoption became a fully licensed not-for-profit Alberta Adoption Agency! We are Alberta’s newest adoption agency in a least a couple of decades. Full agency status affords Small Miracles the opportunity to offer a full range of adoption services in Alberta. Both individually and collectively, Edie and Joe have a wide range of personal involvement and experience with adoption.
